Which Indian state ranked first in highest alcohol consumption among kids?

According to a survey conducted by AIIMS New Delhi, Punjab ranks first in the list of highest alcohol consumption among children in India. As many as 1.2 lakh children in the age group of 10-17 years from the state consume alcohol. West Bengal ranked second in the list and Maharashtra third.
