Which State topped the 2nd edition of the US Green Building Council's (USGBC) list?

Maharashtra topped the 2nd edition of the US Green Building Council's (USGBC) list. Karnataka and Tamil Nadu bagged No 2 & 3 spot respectively. The list consists of India's top 10 states that have a maximum number of LEED certified green buildings. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
