India's Child mortality reduced to what percent as per the Multidimensional Poverty Index 2019?

UN Development Programme released the 2019 Multidimensional Poverty Index, which states that India's Child mortality dropped from 4.5 percent to 2.2 percent. India successfully lifted over 250 million people out of poverty during 2006 - 2016.
