Which film has won the four awards,at the 9th edition of the SAARC festival 2019?

The 9th edition of the SAARC( South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) festival 2019 in Colombo, Srilanka. Bengali filmmaker Kaushik Ganguly's film 'Nagarkirtan' has won four awards (Best Director', 'Best Actor' and 'Best Original Score') including 'Best Feature Film' at the festival.
