When is Commerce and Industry Ministry going to launch 'Global Innovation Index' 2019?

Union Minister of Commerce, Industry and Railways Piyush Goyal will launch the Global Innovation Index (GII) in New Delhi, July 24, 2019. This is the first time that the GII is being launched in an emerging economy.
