Which state government launched 'Mukhyamantri Madad Yojana'?

Under the Mukhyamantri Madad Yojana, 50 kg wheat and rice will be given to the family on birth of a boy or girl in a tribal family. On the death of a member of the family, the government will provide 100 kg of wheat or rice and utensils for cooking.
