Where did Astra Rafael Communication System inagurated recently?

An Indo-Israel joint venture's "Astra Rafael Communication System" was inaugurated in Hyderabad. The system will design, develop and manufacture tactical communication systems for Indian armed forces. The Joint Venture between Astra Microwave and Israel's Rafael Advanced Defense Systems has become India's first private sector firm to manufacture cutting-edge software defined radios in multiple variants.
