Which state government plans to set up Swachh Bharat World University to mark Mahatma Gandhi's 150th birth anniversary?

Inorder to focus on cleanliness and sanitation research, the state govt of Maharashtra decided to set up 'Swachh Bharat World University' to mark Mahatma Gandhi's 150th birth anniversary. The university will be set up at Sevagram town, Wardha, in vidarbha region of Maharashtra. A seven-member committee headed by Vinod Tawde, education minister of Maharashtra has been formed to study about the university requirements.
