The campaign Clean-Green Arunachal Campaign 2019 was launched in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh by CM Pema Khandu to plant 1 lakh tree saplings within the next 24 hour. The campaign was held as part of VanMahotsav celebration which plans to plant 1crore trees within the next 5 years. Deputy Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Chowna Mein, urban development minister Kamlung Mossang along with all the dignitaries and school children were present at the ceremonial plantation drive.
