The World Health Organization, under the leadership of Spain and the governments of which country, is launching the Clean Air Alliance Program -

A new 'Clean Air Fund' is being created by a group of public-friendly organizations. The main objective of both programs is to invest to reduce the sources of air pollution that contribute to climate change. The WHO estimates that more than 90 percent of people worldwide breathe in polluted air.
