Which ministry launched research software

On September 21, 2019, the Union Ministry of Human Resources launched research purification software. Research purification is anti plagiarism software. Plagiarism - The illegal publication of the original ideas, sentiments and language of an author or researcher and is claimed by another author. Plagiarism is considered against academic dishonesty and the ethics of journalism.
