Which district of Assam has started the Plants for Plastics campaign

The Bongaigaon district administration of Assam has launched a 'Plants for Plastics' campaign. Under this campaign plastic will be collected, people will be motivated to remove plastic from their homes, offices and educational institutions. Under this campaign, if a person collects one kilogram of plastic in the municipality, then in return, the plant will be given free of cost to the person for transplanting.
