What is the total number of countries in the alliance when Eritrea and St. Kitts and Nevis joined the International Solar Alliance by two countries 

Eritrea and St. Kitts and Nevis have become new members of the International Solar Alliance (ISA). The two countries signed the ISA Framework Agreement during the Second General Assembly held in New Delhi on October 31, 2019. With this, the total number of members of the International Solar Alliance has increased to 83. The International Solar Alliance was jointly launched in 2015 by India and France.
