President Ram Nath Kovind has launched the Global Alumni Endowment Fund for IIT Delhi. The first target in the endowment fund for IITs has been set at Rs 250 crore. 125 crore rupees will be given by two IIT alumni. Which includes Flipkart founders Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal. The endowment fund aims at Rs 1,000 crore by the end of the year 2020.
