After Bihar and Rajasthan, which state government has decided to impose a complete ban on gutkha and pan masala

As per the decision taken by the West Bengal government, a complete ban has been imposed on the production, storage and sale of gutkha, pan masala in the state. This decision will be effective from November 7 for the next one year. Earlier, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had imposed a similar ban in May 2013 for a year. The neighboring state of Bengal, Bihar, also banned the sale of gutkha and pan masala in August this year.
