When has a new political map of India released?

According to the new map, Mirpur and Muzaffarabad districts of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir have been described as part of Jammu and Kashmir. There will be a total of 22 districts in Jammu and Kashmir including these two districts. Ladakh consists of two districts Kargil and Leh. On 31 October, two new union territories came into existence in India. The central government appointed GC Murmu and RK Mathur as the first lieutenants of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh respectively.
