Tavang festival is related to which state?

It is an annual festival of Arunachal Pradesh which was started in the year 2012. It showcases the cultural heritage of Arunachal Pradesh, which includes programs related to Buddhism, traditional dances, indigenous games, films and documentaries etc. It begins with Sebang, a religious tradition under which monks have to go from Tawang Monastery to the festival site of Tawang City as rallies. Its main attractions are Yak dance and Aji-Lamu dance.
