Recently the Conference of Environment Ministers of Basic (BASIC) countries (Brazil, South Africa, India and China) was held in Beijing (China). After this conference, a statement was issued for the comprehensive implementation of the Paris Agreement (year 2015). The Group of Ministers also called on the developed countries to provide $ 100 billion in climate finance to developing countries. Under the Copenhagen Accord-Copenhagen Accord {United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP-15) established during 2009}, developed countries promised $ 100 billion per year from 2012 to 2020. This fund is known as Green Climate Fund (GCF). However, at present only 10-20 billion dollars of aid is being provided by developed countries.
