Recently CARAT - 2019 naval maneuvers have started between which two countries 

CARAT stands for Corporation Afloat Readiness and Training. This is the second phase of this exercise, which has started in Chittagong, Bangladesh. While the Indian Army performs Sambruti maneuvers with Bangladesh and the Indian Navy conducts operations with Bangladesh under the name CORPAT, the first version was held in Visakhapatnam in October 2019.
